Life Changer Pilates and Wellbeing Studio is run, by Rae, in Penarth.
There are around 5 classes per day held at the studios, from strength classes, mat pilates, cardio sessions, and, of course, the studio is the home of Reformer Pilates Penarth!

Zen Men yoga
A mobility, pilates and yoga based-moves course for men only, which focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility and de-stressing. Book your space on the mat here
Fighting Fit
Fighting Fit is a programme that Rae created mainly for perimenopausal and menopausal women, struggling with their hormone changes, drops in energy levels and the surprise midriff weigh pile on!!
This programme is 4 weeks long and includes a full nutrition guide, holistic handbook, workout programme and more.
